License Grant
Upon confirmed purchase, Brace Coastal Lawn & Landscape grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access, download, and use the purchased digital materials solely for your own internal business operations. This license is granted to the individual purchaser only and does not transfer to any other person or entity.
Permitted Uses
- Download and save materials to your personal devices for your own use.
- Customize templates, worksheets, and operational documents for use within your own business.
- Reference educational content to inform your own business decisions and operations.
- Share customized operational documents (such as SOPs or client agreements) internally with your own employees and contractors as part of running your business.
Restrictions
The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any purchased materials in original or modified form to any third party.
- Sharing, gifting, or transferring your purchased files to any other individual or business.
- Using purchased materials as the basis for a competing educational product, course, template pack, or coaching program.
- Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright notices, branding, or attribution contained within the materials.
- Uploading or publishing the original materials (unmodified) to any public platform, website, or file-sharing service.
Intellectual Property
All Brace Coastal Business Academy materials — including written content, frameworks, templates, calculators, and operational documents — are the intellectual property of Brace Coastal Lawn & Landscape. Purchase grants a personal use license only; it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
