This website is provided for informational purposes and to help you request lawn care and landscape services in the Tampa Bay area. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content without our permission.

We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.

Submitting an estimate request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All estimates are subject to an on-site or virtual review of your property.

We typically respond within one business day to discuss your needs and provide a formal quote. Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and the scope of work requested.

Once a service agreement is in place, we will schedule your services based on availability and your preferred timing. Specific day and time windows may vary week to week depending on route efficiency and crew scheduling.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant scheduling changes in advance.

Florida weather is unpredictable. If severe weather, lightning, or unsafe conditions prevent us from completing your service on the scheduled day, we will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

We do not charge for weather-related rescheduling. No action is required on your part.

By scheduling services with Brace Coastal Lawn & Landscape, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property and that we are permitted to perform the agreed-upon work.

Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days. If we are unable to access your property, we may contact you to reschedule. A trip charge may apply at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, check, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

Recurring service clients will be billed on the schedule outlined in their service agreement. Accounts that remain past due may be subject to a late fee and suspension of service at our discretion.

You may cancel or pause recurring services at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled visit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue service to any client at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided.

Brace Coastal Lawn & Landscape carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental property damage caused by our crew, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by hidden underground utilities or irrigation systems not disclosed prior to service, or normal wear associated with lawn and landscape maintenance.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service performed.

We may update our service offerings, pricing, or availability at any time. Existing clients will be notified of material changes to their service agreement with reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
