Nature of Digital Products
All products sold through Brace Coastal Business Academy are digital educational materials delivered electronically. Upon confirmed payment, purchasers receive immediate access to downloadable files. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Delivery
Digital files are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate following payment confirmation. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at [email protected] before requesting a chargeback or dispute.
Purchasers are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at checkout. Brace Coastal Business Academy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or full inboxes.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery of all products, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered or accessed.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances only:
- You were charged but did not receive your files and have not received a response from us within 5 business days of contacting support.
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same product.
To request a refund exception, email [email protected] with your order details. We will respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent suspension of access to all Brace Coastal Business Academy materials. We encourage purchasers to contact us directly before involving their payment provider.
